Dr. Blair Baker, L.Ac, DAIM, FABORM
Blair Baker is a California licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. She holds a Doctorate of Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine from the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley, CA and she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a focus in Botany, from East Carolina University. Blair is a fellow of the Acupuncture Board of Reproductive Medicine.
Blair’s clinical training includes internships at Life Long West Berkeley Community Health Center and AIMC’s student clinic. For her doctoral thesis project, Blair studied the connection between chronic pain, poor mobility and cognitive decline in elderly patients while implementing in-house acupuncture programs at two Skilled Nursing & Rehab centers here in the East Bay.
As a clinician, Blair has expertise in fertility, women’s health issues, chronic pain, digestive complaints, and insomnia. She is devoted to identifying her patients’ individual needs to create a specialized treatment plan to help them achieve optimal health.
Outside of our clinic, Blair continues her work to integrate acupuncture at Long-Term Care facilities for our elderly population. In her free time, you will find her enjoying the outdoors, quilting, drawing, and spending time with her family and friends.
