Leslie Oldershaw is a licensed acupuncturist and the founder of The Oldershaw Clinic, a trusted women’s wellness center in California’s San Francisco Bay Area. For over 30 years, Leslie has blended Eastern and Western medicine to provide comprehensive, integrative healthcare tailored to women’s needs.

Her career in holistic medicine began more than four decades ago, driven by a commitment to improving women’s health across all stages of life. Leslie completed her pre-medical studies at the University of California, Berkeley, in 1987, and earned her Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco in 1993. She has advanced training in fertility and reproductive health and is a Fellow of the Acupuncture Board of Reproductive Medicine.

In 1995, Leslie opened The Oldershaw Clinic to offer women expert, personalized care across a wide range of health concerns—including fertility, pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause, and more. Today, Leslie leads a team dedicated to delivering individualized, high-quality care that helps women feel supported, informed, and empowered at every step.

Outside of her clinical work, Leslie is a sought-after speaker and writer on integrative women’s health, sharing practical insights that empower women to make informed healthcare decisions. In her free time, she enjoys photography, reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
